Focaccia are some of the oldest, simplest breads known to bakers. Now of course these simple leavened olive oil seasoned flatbreads are everywhere and are served everyday.

Cheddar Dill

Aged cheddar blended with natural sourdough starter and whole wheat and white unbleached flour and a hint of fresh dill. A wonderful flavorful savory loaf crusted over with melted parmigiano cheese.  Makes a truly unique soup of salad crouton when cubed and toasted.

Fruit and Nut

Whole wheat, rye, toasted pecans, raisins and orange peel all work to together to produce an appealing combination of sweetness and sharpness. This loaf is rich with a dense crumb and a chewy crust, so it lasts a good long time without going stale.

Fresh, handpicked rosemary and extra virgin olive oil blended with our natural sourdough starter and white unbleached flour.

Sweet Potato

Earthy flavored and a beautiful pale orange yellow from the fresh whole roasted and hand peeled sweet potatoes. Slightly sweet, with a shiny crystallized sugar crust.

Walnut Raisin

Subtly flavored and finely textured this whole wheat and rye bread is fragrant with roasted walnuts, with a hint of natural sweetness from the seedless raisins. A treat for breakfast toasted with a little butter.

Sourdough Baguettes

It takes two full days of slow, natural fermentation to fully develop the complex flavor and satisfying texture of our sourdough breads.  Our sourdoughs taste of wheat, not sour yeast or vinegar.
